Our
Story
Steep Brewing and Coffee Company opened its doors in the fall of 2020 in the community of Keystone and has grown from its original location into a second location in the Keystone River Run Village. As the demand for our beer and coffee has grown, we once again expanded our brewhouse and coffee roasting facility to be in both Keystone and Breckenridge. We are now self-distributing within Summit County and are excited to be a bigger party of the community.

Job Overview:
Are you looking for a fun job, with a great team, and fun ambiance? Come join our awesome team at STEEP! Located right at the base of Keystone Mountain, the views and vibes are unmatched.

Responsibilities:
-
Ability to verify age requirements
-
Knowledge of alcohol pairing and tastes
-
Basic understanding of beer and how to pour a pint
-
Knowledge of how to make traditional and classy drinks
-
Process payments
-
Maintain inventory and cleaning bar supplies
-
Perfecting your espresso pull and preparing mixed espresso drinks
-
Having back of house experience is a plus! All bartenders & baristas assist in the kitchen preparing and serving bar fare.

Qualifications:

Passion for beer, coffee, and hospitality
-
Personability and flexibility
TIPS Certified: proof of current TIPS Certification a plus, if not must be willing to complete at the employees own expense within 6 months of employment.

Overview:
Breckenridge Coffee Roasters is a fast-paced, quality focused wholesale coffee supplier, run by a passionate and knowledgeable staff. We are seeking candidates for a Coffee Roaster. Our Coffee Team and Packagers are instrumental in creating excellence in our product offerings and how they are presented to the public.

Responsibilities:

Roast a variety of coffee beans
-
Package coffee for retail, online & wholesale orders
-
Maintain & clean equipment and work space
-
Participate in production roasts, cupping samples, and tasting cafe offerings
-
Analyze roast profiles with the team
-
Work with the Head Roaster with online tally retail and wholesale orders to create daily roast and packaging schedule
-
Inventory management and organization for packaging and distribution items
-

Qualifications:

Previous coffee industry experience preferred

Demonstrates professionalism and respect for customers, management, and co-workers
